This elegant Suffragette style necklace has been crafted with alternating Peridots and Amethysts, each 0.20ct. The pale green and deep purple stones have been set into 9ct White Gold rub-over (without claws) loop settings, laced together with delicate chain work.

Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones and precious metals which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes.

It is an elegant and intricately made necklace, and a fitting tribute to the women’s equality movement.
